What cases are lawyers taking?

Ketek was at one point found to be reasonably safe by the FDA, even after reports of liver damage. Then a couple more cases came to light and the FDA took action. In our mind, that means only a few cases will likely fall into a time frame that we can prove manufacturer liability. Of course, we don't have company documents to see what they show, but for now, only liver failure cases that occurred in last two years are likely to find legal representation.
